I ran inside where it was nice and warm so that I will be ready for Maui's climate. I ran on my treadmill for 10 miles. I then did my core workout.

I wake up at 4:45 am and drink the King's Court (Hawaiian Noni, Maximol, NewVera and Durian)
I then drink 1 bottle of Neways Athletic Super Water
After my various workouts I drink a Pro-Thin Shake and eat an apple
On my way to work I drink another bottle of Neways Athletic Super Water
Throughout the day I make sure to stay hydrated with Neways Athletic Super Water
I also snack on lentils, fruit and other things that are low in carbs and high in protein
I also make sure that several times a day I take Ming Gold, VMM, Cal-Sea-Um, EFA Recovery Plus, Revenol, Omega 3 EPA, and Green Qi
