Wednesday, November 5, 2008It was snowy and cold again, but I didn't let that stop me. I ran 8 miles again. For my core workout I did a circuit of bench presses, sit ups on the floor and pull ups. I repeated that five times.
I wake up at 4:45 am and drink the King's Court (Hawaiian Noni, Maximol, NewVera and Durian)
I then drink 1 bottle of Neways Athletic Super Water
After my various workouts I drink a Pro-Thin Shake and eat an apple
On my way to work I drink another bottle of Neways Athletic Super Water
Throughout the day I make sure to stay hydrated with Neways Athletic Super Water
I also snack on lentils, fruit and other things that are low in carbs and high in protein
I also make sure that several times a day I take Ming Gold, VMM, Cal-Sea-Um, EFA Recovery Plus, Revenol, Omega 3 EPA, and Green Qi
